Fans, friends, and members of the Newark Symphony Orchestra:
The NSO is again participating in Do More 24 DE, a statewide giving campaign for non-profits, from 6:00 pm to 6:00 pm, March 6-7, 2025. This fundraiser is especially beneficial as Delaware Division of the Arts (DDOA) offers a matching opportunity based both on dollars donated and number of unique number of donors. Our ability to provide our programs to the Greater Newark community will be greatly enhanced by your contributions.
Our Board of Directors has arranged for a $3,500 matching contribution — the first $3,500 raised through this DoMore24 campaign will be matched, helping the Newark Symphony Orchestra even more!
In addition, the first five people who contribute $500 or more will receive two concert tickets to an NSO concert of their choice plus a $100 gift card to either Caffe Gelato or Skipjack Dining.
We need your help, not just by donating during the 24-hour campaign, but by spreading the word to your friends and community so they can help this wonderful orchestra continue providing our performances and outreach to the Greater Newark community. We would like you to forward this to as many people as possible. Even small contributions will help, as the number of donors is part of the matching formula.

You can go to the website now and click on “Remind me to donate” to have them send you a reminder email so you don’t miss the donation window.
We can accept off-line donations (including Qualified Charitable Distributions directly from your retirement accounts), but we will need to have that information before the end of the campaign on March 7, 2025. You can send an email to busmgr@newarksymphony.org with this information.
